TC Development, the developer of the ONE9FIVE Asoke-Rama 9 condominium project, has announced the progress of the construction project.

As of May 17, 2021, the construction progress of the ONE9FIVE Asoke-Rama 9 project is approximately 79%. The external structure has reached the 61st floor, and the project is currently in the stages of architectural finishing and interior decoration, including the decoration of common areas.

Landscape architecture and external gardening work are being overseen by a design team from SHMA to ensure the project meets the established standards. TC Development is committed to maintaining high construction quality for the ONE9FIVE Asoke-Rama 9 project to deliver it to customers as scheduled in early 2022.
